Orders are generally fulfilled within 1-2 business days. If you haven't received an email confirmation with a tracking number, your order may still have been processed.
Sometimes, there is a delay from when the carrier scans the package, and this can cause your shipment notification email to be delayed, but this does not necessarily mean your shipment has been delayed. Our system simply has not been triggered to send out the automated shipment email because the carrier's shipment information has not yet populated.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Once your ilumi is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification
- Normal delays in processing can occur, which could cause your order take to 1-2 weeks to be processed and shipped to you. We will notify you as soon as we know of any further changes or delays to your order, and if applicable, present you with additional options for receiving your shipment.
