My Address is wrong! How do I redirect my shipment?

If you entered your address incorrectly by mistake, you have a couple of options for getting your shipment redirected. 

***There's a small window of time between when you place your order and when the order is sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible to see if there is still time to change your address before your order has started processing.

Unfortunately, once your order has been picked and set up for shipment, it's very difficult for our warehouse to locate your package and change the shipment information. And once the shipment is in the possession of the carrier, in most cases they will not allow the shipper to make changes to the destination.

In the event that you need to change the address for where your package will be delivered, you will need to contact the carrier to request changes of delivery.

 

UPS Shipments

UPS allows you to customize your delivery! You can request they deliver to another address or to hold for pick up at a UPS facility in your area.

UPS will inform you if there will be a fee associated with any of their services.

FedEx Shipments

FedEx allows you to customize your delivery! You can request they deliver to another address or to hold for pick up at a FedEx facility in your area.

FedEx will inform you if there will be a fee associated with any of their services.

USPS or Other Carriers

If your order is being shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or any other carrier including international carrier services, unfortunately there is not a very good chance that your package will be intercepted and rerouted to the correct address.

We recommend contacting their customer service and finding out what your options are. If your package is not recovered, please contact us and we can work to have a replacement sent to you.

 


When rerouting a package, timing is very important. Once the carrier is in possession of the package, there's a chance that your package could still be delivered to the original location.

If your package is delivered to the original location, and you are unable to retrieve it, please contact us. We can work with you to get a claim submitted for the lost shipment and a replacement sent to you.
